Harley's Cancer Treatment

Last year in June of 2018, Harley, my 12 year old English Bulldog was diagnosed with a tumor on her spleen. It was large and the vet recommended putting her to sleep because of the danger of surgery at her age and also the likelihood that it was cancer. Craig and I couldn’t do it. If there was even the slightest chance of saving her we had to try so we opted for the surgery. She pulled through the operation like a little champ. Her spleen was removed and the tumor sent out for testing. It came back cancerous. The vet gave her two months to live. We were devastated.

We’d had some experience with cancer in our lives and knew about a clinic in Aberdeen Idaho where they treated cancer for people and thought we would give them a call and see what they suggested for our girl. It’s the Drs Country Clinic, here’s the link to their online site:

They suggested a few things we could try and we ordered them all. Harley started her drops and did a parasite cleanse too for about a month. That was last year. She’s still alive and doing great. She eats a homemade diet and the recipe for her stew she eats is the same one on my website I make for Ruger, her grandson. It’s easy to give her the drops in her food and the tablets for the cleanse we put in cream cheese and that is simple to get her to take. If you’re interested in trying it I’ll list the recommended items to get from them and the dosage they told us to give Harley. She is a 55 pound English Bulldog so if you need a different dosage for the size of your pup they’d be happy to adjust it for your dog if you’re going to try this too.

Using this method can be controversial and is a holistic approach. We are NOT DOCTORS. There’s no guarantee that this method will cure cancer in your dog. We have seen it work for ours and this is something we feel has been beneficial to her. The proof is, she is still alive and doing well when the doctors said she wouldn’t be. I’m posting this because so many people have asked for information about what we did for Harley. Please call Drs Country Clinic with any and all questions you might have about using these products for your pet. This is what they told us to do for Harley and we’re so grateful it’s extended her life. I’ve been told any year past 10 is a bonus year for a dog and she’s 13 so we feel very blessed to still have her with us.
