At Tankrtots we don’t “replace” your puppy if there is an issue in the first year we give you ANOTHER one! You keep the one you bought too. We obviously don’t want to be giving away puppies so every effort has been made to only breed the healthiest moms and dads so that you know that the puppy you’re buying is starting out with every advantage we can offer. We cover all the internal organs and joints. If you get thrown a curve ball you have the protection of our guarantee for that first year of development. Just get the issue verified by two separate vets with tests and you’ll qualify for another puppy. We don’t pay vet bills but we will give you another puppy. Every new puppy owner is responsible for normal every day issues with their new puppy such as colds and diarrhea. We do provide 24/7 phone support for help at anytime when it’s needed.
